Do a full season road racing on the bike, knocked the bhp down on my bike a treat
Only kidding, you will need to buy the proper fim kit, you will get a certificate with it which your insurance will ask for.

Re: 33bhp??
I have a spare set of restrictor washers for a 3TJ.
I've also got restrictor washers in my 3TJ but I dont have a certificate,F1 international who sell these kits for ridiculous money will tell you that you must have a certificate but my insurers said they didn't need one but if there was a claim and the bike wasn't restricted they wouldn't pay out.
My dad checked with sussex police to find out if there was a legal need for a certificate or other proof of restriction and he was told that if they had reason to believe a bike was not restricted when it should be they would have it checked and that a piece of paper means nothing as restrictors can easily be removed.
Probably best to check with your own insurers
