I tried a few different stands on mine which looked like they may have fitted but where all slightly out, i got a cbr400 sidestand from a breakers of which i got a piece of tubing welded in there (looked crap) In the end i just got a piece of ally welded to the foot on the original sidestand and once painted it wasn't too noticeable

The block on the end is 1.5cm thick, i then got the whole thing powdercoated so it didn't stand out as much.
The bike now leans over only as far as when the original sidestand was fitted

Cheers guys, im sure i read somewhere that 1 of the earlier 600 stands would do the job straight off but just cant find where i read it. Adding bits could be her only way
