The Goat Bike Meet. May 4th (3rd - 5th)
The Goat.
Derbyshire.
It's a good one for the diary. It's the bank holiday weekend, Sunday 4th May but most people go on the Sat and leave on Monday.
It's run by GBBikers and caters for all motorcyclists from L plates to Harleys to supersports. Camping is available or you can B&B or just arrive for the Sunday.
Each year, we buy a Goat for Oxfam and then raise money through raffles for a charity. It's not a rally, more of a meet and chinwag with a small rideout on the Sunday morning. BBQ's and tea will be there plus bring your own drink if you wish. It's in the grounds of a pub so food and drink will be available.
Not a wild weekend at all, but just a chance to meet a load of nice folk.
