Re: 50 Shades of Grey Bike ...... (Episode V)
and a rear tyre, WTF is fitted to that ?
you like on some of the best biking roads the UK has to offer, at least do the thing justice so it actually goes around corners and fit a proper tyre.

that rear tyre came with the bike when i got it. im not prepared to pay 200 odd for another tyre that is exactly the same but with 1cm smaller walls, this does me fine, and i will use it until its ready to be changed

Sure, a bit rough around the edges and need a decent rear tyre, but overall it looks pretty good I reckon Ersan.
However - please grab a can of orange spray paint and spray the front fender! After all the time and effort you've put into the bike this seems trivial.

£200! Who told you that? I know your not interested but that 1cm makes a difference but I'm sure we've already covered this subject.xivlia wrote:that rear tyre came with the bike when i got it. im not prepared to pay 200 odd for another tyre that is exactly the same but with 1cm smaller walls, this does me fine, and i will use it until its ready to be changed

Nowt wrong with that rear tyre - it's a Pirelli Diablo. Couple of generations old in tech terms, but a good road tyre and capable of track days.
That 15 year old Michelin Macadam on the front wheel is another issue.......
