Im not saying he could fix it, he clearly doesnt have clue about bikes either. Im just saying if it was my kid then id fix it and highlighting the fact of why xivlia hasnt sent his bike off to someone to fix it.

My guess is that there was some sort of problem between the handlebars and the seat.

I was thinking much the same. Here in computerland, us support type people use the acronym PEBCAK/PEBKAC (problem exists between chair and keyboard or vice versa). Now, can we create a half decent sounding one for bikes? ;-)
