can anyone help with restrictor kit installation? NC30

Post by xivlia » Fri Sep 02, 2011 12:38 am

okay, so i bought restrictor washer kit from ebay for 10 quid. but they have oval holes on the top part of the washer. some that ive seen has a inner ciricle in the middle. so i dont know if this one requires a diffrent way of installing it. here is the picture of the kit. could anyone give me intructions on how to install these?

cheers.

He probably did, but then the previous owner of my bike did all kind of horrible things to it...

Look up 'porndoguk' on here- he is fabricating correct washers now.

More hassle than it's worth. Just run it till it dies and switch to reserve. You'll learn to do it on the move soon enough.

there is a tap on the right hand side of the bike, where the gap in your seat fairing is. there three positions, On, Off and Reserve.
the tap itself should have writing on it to tell you what position its at.
