my loved 400 bandit
Hello
I recently took some pictures of my 400 bandit.
I bought this bike as a beginner bike in....october 1997, and never sold it. I just can't. everytime I ride it, I have such a big smile I have to admit it might be my "best" bike I ever had.
It's light, can rew up to 13000 rpm, can be used as a track bike, can kick ass to many bigger bike, cost nothing to insure (I pay 70 euro/year:) ), does not eat oil, does not burn tire, start almost whenever I want.
Told you, I love it:)
It will turn 85000 km next week :)
that was when I used it as a track bike:
that's the bike now:
I sometime still use the bike on the track (check the belly pan), to run in new tires
Some of the pics may have been seen around here in the past, but I think they got lost with the old forum

Fantastic bike Tom.
I started riding on a 250 bandit, knowing how much fun that was I'd love to get a 400 some day.

Hi Tom,
I agree! i love em and have had mine over 10 years, its just rebuilt after flipping it and braking it in two, the sub frame is now removable as it snapped off. Uploaded some pics of it the other day, they are a laugh a minute.
Chris.
