Yes I think 'it' has started to creep in lol
The rear shock is not back from Kais and the zinc coating isnt done either.
Havent got the time this weekend to give the bike a proper clean so I set about sorting the rads.
Cleaned up the hoses.
The bottom rad just wont seem to clean up hmmmm really rather not buy a new set.
Top rad seems to leak from the overflow pipe with the cap on, whats going here? looks like its taken a knock at some point not allowing the rad cap to seal properly. Dam and blast, have to get a new set from Scott now.
Made myself feel better by getting the fan motor painted.

Well new rads are on their way, cheers Scott.
Picked up the zinc plating, poor at best. The fixings are ok, just lucky that the rest is getting painted black. I miss my old platers

Yeah he was so reliable, nice old boy too. I changed job so he wasnt easy to get to anymore, think he's probably retired now
Used Star anodising in the past who are very good but they have a £40 minimum spend and are not easy to get to as they're closed at weekends

Rads arrived so i started building them up. Wont go on until the bikes clean and valves clearances are checked though.
Need to get the overflow spigot turned down or a new one made, far too big to go into the pipe!
