Engine is standard other than total loss. Got to get it running first! Then carb work.
Engine work is last on my list.

If you've got Facebook there's photos on my page (link in my signature)

I'll upload photos on here when it's all done. I'm going this morning to collect it from the welder, sub frame and clock mount is done. New shark fin, battery mount and coil mount are in the post on the way to me so should also be here today.
Hopefully start and maybe finish the loom over the next few days.

So bike ran well at the classic bike track days, couple of problems such as battery life not being long enough and a water leak I couldn't find (found its coming from the clamp around the water pump hose). Overall despite a little parting with my bike on a session on the Sunday I was happy with the weekend. Here's the current spec and what is happening at the moment:
- Bridgestone battlax wets, pirellie supercorsa drys
- nc30 front wheel, VFR750 rear wheel conversion
- up sized EBC front discs from RickO
- ZXR400L front brakes, Venhill braided line, NC30 master cylinder, Brembo reservoir
- ZXR400L forks, CBR600 Ohlins internals, RickO aluminium top yoke
- accossato clutch master cylinder, brembo mini reservoir, Venhill braided line, NC hydraulic clutch conversion.
- GIA custom clock mount
- Tanslogic MD3 dash
- CBR6 stick coils
- custom loom all round, LED fuse box mounted on rear of clocks with carbon bracket
- genuine HRC kill switch
- venhill featherlight QA throttle
- lightweight 4ah lipo battery (soon to be moved and replaced)
- ignitech ignition
- charging system removed
- stainless and titanium bolts all round
- ohlins rear shock
- GIA custom subframe to fit CBR6 seat unit
- Honda RS250 fairing
- HRC full exhaust
- MHP clubman end can with ally end cap
- HEL rear braided hose, HRC reservoir
- rain light and bar mounted switch
- samco hoses and stainless clamps
- GPI racing lightweight aluminium radiators, lower has been modified by GIA for better thought and to reduce the width it takes in the fairing.

Next week bike is going away to have carbon tank cover made, this will allow me to fit a smaller aluminium (10litre) tank inside and leave space to move the batteries under the tank on top of the airbox.
I've also got a ram air set up carbs to fit when I have time to book a dyno etc.

Rook Motorsport (VVS on the Forum) made an epic Carbon tank cover for me, thread below.

We're off to GIA engineering on Thursday to start getting the 9 or 10 liter aluminium tank made to go inside.

Thanks for the great offer!
I've got to get the bike sorted, then I want to do a shake Down run at Darley. Then a track day at somewhere like Cadwell (or 2). Depending how that all goes see if I can fit a race meet in (I'd like the meeting to be at whatever Trackday I do so probably Cadwell)
