Fairings are almost ready, The bloke who is painting it has asked me if i would like a 1989 era Foggy helmet to go with it, just waiting on a price of him for this and a 2000 era Joey Dunlop lid to go with the SP1!

Since I have been waiting on parts I decided to get the RVF out and start to clean her up for Carmarthen show, It hasn't had the fairings off since I got it. Definitely due a good clean up!
Ive just gotten the wheels and sea subframe back from the powder coaters, they had been snowed under.
I am really happy with the finish, they had to order in the dull gold specially, I think it looks great!
I'm popping the tires back on his week, new bearings then back on the bike.
Another couple of weeks and I shall have the fairings home and finished, ready to go on. Its frustrating waiting for things to be done! I guess you just have to wait for quality products!
What are you going to do wih he floppy end of the ht leads? I only as because mines the same as yours after getting rid of the bracket on the subframe that normally holds it but gets in he way of the cbr600rr shock res?
