superfinishing is on of the best things you can do to an engine if you got the budget, reduces wear from friction reduces load on componants and increases ur power output, really good stuff!

Re: SELEXON'S NC29 Pre Modern Racer
Things haven't been moving along quickly as I would like them so far. Mainly because the production off the Carrillo rods have taken extra few weeks. In the mean time I have been working on a new rear caliper bracket to mount the little Brembo caliper that I picked up.
here is the MK1 version. Still need to soften/round the edges and add a pivot mount for the swingarm slot.

No problems at all, the more I get made the cheaper they will be.tanuki wrote:Cool, don't fancy making me one do you?
The only thing you will have to do to get it to fit is machine 8mm of material from the top of the brake pads, as the caliper body is to tall so I've had to lift it 8mm from the hub so there is plenty of clearance.

No idea of cost yet, the machinist hasn't seen a drawing yet so i don't know if he has to redesign it or if its good to go. I should get a final drawing to him at the end of the week and then I can go from there.
