Project NC29...Konica Minolta rep
Hey everyone, welcome to my project thread for my NC29.
Picked it up from ebay, £500 as it is.
Amazingly it is road legal , how you may ask???
Looking at it, you will think its been in an accident.......you are right....
Its been down road on both sides....nothing major though thank god.
It is actually straight, and taxed and mot'ed!
I will strip it down over the course of the year, and start to clean, paint, replace, and upgrade where necessary.
I have a theme in mind...Konica Minolta colours, i just fancy something different to Repsol.
Not much to see, but here it is.
I'll update as i go along!

Looks like a great bike to start a project with. I presume its sound mechanically? Will it be Tyga bodywork used for the Konica rep? I really like that scheme, theres was a vfr done in that scheme somewhere on here. Check the v4 gallery, might be in there.
Good luck and keep us updated,
Chris.

Im not going to bother with Tyga Chris....as much as i LOVE their stuff, i'm just not sure to justify the price, and i actually prefer the look of the Tyga gear on NC30's (just looks cleaner).chrisja2 wrote:Looks like a great bike to start a project with. I think it will be standard fairings, just in Minolta colours.
Gonna strip and paint nearly everything.
Mechanically its fine, it runs a treat.

I noticed that it still has the air intake guides on it, that has saved you a few quid straight away. Keep the pictures coming as you go along
