Odd oil leak 76a

Post by monkers » Thu Jul 14, 2016 4:38 pm

I have an odd one. I've had the bike on a paddock stand and the garage floor was clean. Put it on the side stand, started leaking. Put it back on paddock stand, all good. Before I get in there and clean it all up I wondered if there was a known weakness somewhere anyone is aware of. If I didn't know better I'd say it was an overflow thing but there isn't enough oil in it for that. It's not a pressure thing either, leaks whatever temp.

All very vague I know but hey

Clutch pushrod, gearchange shaft or output shaft oil seal.

Thanks, I've taken the cover & sprocket off so I can look properly. It seems to be coming from the gear selector sensor, well at least there is oil behind there. Anybody any experience of this? Next steps?
