How many miles per gallon do you guys get? Or how many miles til you fill up then how much does it take?

depending on how you behave the bike should return approx 10-15 km per litter so for 16 liter tank thats approx 160-240 km if you get less than that id say start investigating as to why

I usually have an average consumption of 6 to 6.5 Lt./ 100km.
I ride it mostly out of the city, in mountain routes or in the countryside roads cruising...
