cheap,k1-k3 gsxr600 shocks are fully adjustable, though you will need to move your battery and reg/rec, but the spring rate and ride height are similar to the zxr400, ~£50-£100

if not, its the usual maxton/nitron/wp/ohlins ones... £150-£1500

A 2013 ZX10 shock will not fit... Learn from my mistake :)

The standard eye to eye length is around 330mm and most gsxr shocks have a length around this.

I have a GSXR1000 k7 shock waiting to go in mine, £50 on the 'bay.

The reservoir must be remote, or orientated at the top of the shock, and extend horizontally so as to fit through the hole in the swing arm

i had a list somewhere with spring lengths and rates...im sure a gsxr1000 one will be to stiff, early gsxr600 is the standard "mod" as they are plentiful, cheap, and with the exception of being fully adjustable easy to mod for race bikes - especially if you are sticking in a small LiPO battery, just cut a hole in the undertray for the shock reservoir to go into...

I've got an L1 subframe to modify to fit my H2 frame as I've got AMS fairings to fit and they won't work with the original subframe.

I saw the list on here when I was looking at prospective shocks, the 1000 one just happened to be the best condition one available.

I'll check the hardness at the weekend as it should be good to go back on the road by Saturday evening...
