Splendid!
Do you know if I'll have to use the 400 fan or will the 600 fan fit? I also assume that the 600 hoses will work without too much hassle.

The 400 fan won't mount to the 600 radiator. Check out pics of the 600 fan and you will see why.

While looking for a thundercat front end; I saw something about swapping a 91-94 FZR1000 USD front end onto the 400.
Anyone have experience with that swap?

The FZR1000RU front end will go in but the front wheel doesn't have a mechanical speedo, the brake discs are 320mm which is a bit big.

No mechanical speedo? Well that answers that question.
I'm also strongly considering the R6 swap because I don't like the top clamp from the T-Cat... the recesses for the clipons look super ugly when the bars are underneath. Was the problem with the R6 front just the alignment of the lock?

Why not use a 1989 3en2 top yoke - it's flat with the clip-ons underneath and 41mm forks, same as the T'Cat

This will pair with the T-Cat bottom yoke?
This would probably be the smartest and cheapest option.

Yeah, but I'm worried that the spacing might be different.
