spring rates on 3tj sp

Does anyone know the factory spring rates on the forks and shock? 1993 3tj sp.

No idea about that one. maybe a suspension place can help you, they'll probably need the springs and put them on a measuring device.
It might be in the setup manual in the Documents Library ^^^ up the top of the page

Not sure about the shock, I've seen 13 suggested and there might be something in discussions about fitting an R6 shock.

I've had Aprilia forks modified to fit my 3TJ race bike and MCT started with 36-250-875 then dropped to 36-350-85. I think this is so they could use the usual springs the 600/1000s; those weights would be known as 8.75 and 8.5. Neither allowed any preload before the front sag disappeared so I drew up a graph of weight vs fork spring weight for my previous race bikes from 250s to 1000s and then picked the 149kg point on the line and had 7.8 springs made.

They work a treat.
