Re: Clutch Problems? HELP
The same thing happened with my CB400 SF, after having the clutch replaced and fresh oil put in. The heavy duty springs were squeezing the oil from the cork plates overnight, and in the morning the clutch was completely jammed together.
I solved the initial problem of starting it in the mornings by putting a cable tie around the clutch lever and bar end overnight to keep the plates apart. Eventually the clutch bedded in and the problem went away.
Shall I write in to Woman's Weekly with my top tip?

Re: Clutch Problems? HELP
well it was like you guys said, I started it up then coasted down a slight hill in neutral then banged it into first while holding the clutch then rode down the street clicked it into second and while holding the clutch gave it heaps of gas then the plates must have come unstuck coz then I had my clutch back . so i went for a ride it and is working fine. thanks again for your help guys
