Thundercat tank on a 3EN1 :)
Has anyone done this, or got photos of one that's been done? I've seen a couple of American FZR600s with this done but no 400s and wondered if it'd work on a 400.

Yes ... it was tried.
In the end I think they just cut the bottm of the T'cat tank out and used it as a shroud.
