Stuck!! race bodywork conversion for fzr 400 1WG

Post by stalwyn39 » Sun Jan 24, 2010 11:49 am

Hi there

im abit stuck with getting bodywork for my fzr 4001wg, tried the 3tj race bodywork but theres no room for the clocks. so i was wondering what other conversions i could use and would look ok is?
r6 bodywork seems to be popular but is there alot of work to this conversion?
any other ideas??

convert your own! appropriate coloured vinyl for numberboard over the light holes and fibreglass the belly pan, pretty easy! mines flown through scrutineering like that!

Do you have any spare bits for the fzr Taggy??
im looking for a de-restrictor, like the m max one?
unless you had another way of overridding the speed de restrictor?

i'm running 17inch rears so if i had any spare they wont do you any good! sorry!
fronts will be easier for you to get hold of once the season starts, 400 and 600's use the 120 front but 18in rears are going to be more difficult!
