Fuel tank
Just fitted tank cover to see how everything looks (bit bored sittin in coz of the weather) and it looks like the fuel tank isn't sitting straight !!!!!!
Its bolted down ok with no forcing but doesn' sit right. Is there a way round this with a bit of 'packing' here and there. Maybe the rubber mounts at the rear are wrong, I don't know. Has anybody else had this issue ??
Can't see any damage to it
The tank cover sat on nicely with no forcing and the 5 bolts all in place

Re: Fuel tank
It's the black tank that's not straight on top. From your pics it looks like you have an extra rubber under the right rear mount.
Maybe it's the reflections but has the top been dented by the filler ?

Re: Fuel tank
No dents and just the standard rubber mount. I've put some penny washers under the left rear mount to level it and it lines up ok. Baffling really as the whole bike is straight. Just one of those things really. Looks right and the tank cover fits ok.

Re: Fuel tank
Are there rubbers under the front bar of the tank - maybe one of those is missing ?
