I wasn't being funny about it at all and do appreciate all the responses but I did say in my first post it runs spot on when cold. Going testing on fri and have some spare coils so will run it as is in first session and take it from their. Thanks for the replies

The dyno test and not mentioning the de-restricted TCI (speedo not required) kinda threw the spanner in the works !

As you suspect; and mentioned in nearly every reply; the coils seem the prime candidate.
