Cool project, hope you'll keep us updated.

What year model Cbr sticks were used? Been thinking about a similar conversion for my cb-1 as the mile long HT leads irk me.

Guys, maybe someone can help me with finding IAC (Idle Air Control valve) connector? I've search nearly all places and can't find partnumber or even a picture of it... I believe it's sumitomo HX series or like it. At least fuel jet and TPS connectors are HX series

Now I'm looking for a possibility to merge NC29 and NC31 engines.
Cylinder block and head of NC31 plus NC29's bottom end and cam gear drive.
On first sight it look plausible. Especially using TTS's JE pistons for 444ccm conversion.
It will be easier to fit it inside NC31 frame.

And here goes the first run. Online tunable ECU very well known locally here in Russia. Harness is kinda makeshifty, surely it will be way more short and way more fine looking.
Start setting etc is not adjusted properly. A lot to do.

Nice! Keep posted! Do you have any topic of your build in some other forums?

In russian only and very few. I just like the look of classic bike with some interesting hardware. It's not the setup many will appreciate.

I speak Russian too, so if you can share link, would be nice. I also want to customize my cb400 both visually(something like cafe, but not exactly) and the performance also. Mostly custom exhaust, fine tune the timing, fueling and minor headwork(basically cutting multiangle valve seats and back cut valves themselves). Maybe there are some ideas we could share. Very few people are doing something more than changing back boxes and checking clearances on these little classic bikes.
Will be back home in march, then shall start working on it, maybe'll start a topic on my build also.

For some reasons I don't receive e-mail notifications.

At the moment I'm working on wiring. I want to make it perfect. Also I have to share my time between turbo car project and moto - so it somehow slowed down
