Any ideas of how to remove this on the Superfour without disconnecting all the wiring??

The wiring is easy (assuming it hasn't been altered from the factory), each multi-plug is unique so just squeeze where necessary and pull them apart. (I've assumed your headlight is removed.) The frame that holds the headlight bowl and brackets is an interference fit between the top and bottom yokes, removal (or lifting) of the top yoke will be required to remove the frame without cutting or bending it.

On my red bike the four rubbers that seat the headlight frame were perished, replacements were still available recently and cheap.

None of the wiring has to be disconnected if you really don't want to, simply bring the headlight bowl forward and draw the loom out through the large hole at the back.

What is it that you want to achieve?
