Exhaust downpipe clearance is your biggest issue have you got a picture of the headers? If I remember correctly Graemes early systems protrude out from the head quite far limiting your options where as his Later systems I believe (but don't quote me on this) has quite a tight radius out of the head like the original HRC systems allowing much more room to work.
I've got a ZXR 400 rad on my NC29 easy fit if you've got the exhaust clearance.
Just out of interest why do you need a bigger Rad? Never had any issues with overheating even on the high powered engines, turned out to be a bag ignitech map on my bike.
