Nc23 hrc breather case set???

Post by Portlandpike » Sun Apr 23, 2017 11:22 am

Hi all, I am building a hrc nc23 Rep and I carnt find the breather case set any where for love nor money and wondered if anyone of the forum is able to help me out.
I have the diagram of the parts needed but no measurements, so what I am after is
1) the internal diameter of the breather case pipe.
2) the width of the breather case cylinder.
3) the location of were it connect's to the engine please. (so I can get the work done ready to fit it, if any needed)
4)where the end breather case pipe should be positioned.

I am going to to get one made up by a friend I have seen all the pics of yakama's nc23 bluefox bike (crazy jealous lol) and I can see where it all gets positioned on the frame apart from where it connect to the engine

Many thanks once again jake

I've seen on other bikes, a breather threaded into the dipstick hole.would save on machining engine cases :o

Found this as well ...

Sorry guys been busy. That vid is from a member on here Parus. It's an nc29 but the engines are very similar so you get the idea.

The one on my bike is 9mm internal diameter

I did wonder what that was I was sent along with a set of FCR's. I just put them into the parts store to deal with later. I do wonder if I have a HRC one, would be worth millions...
