Carb floats??
Hi to all,
Just started stripping out the carbs for a good old clean...
2 float needles either not in seat or damaged.
1 float bar missing
Worst bit...
One float has completely melted on the top of one of the floats. Like the entire top is gone not just a hole. So obviously need a new one...
Not made by Honda anymore and not available from fowlers.
Cbr600 f very early models use the same float and same situ
Searching for floats for that model.
Any chance they can be mended? I get they displace to get the float level and so weight is critical. So is having one though! Can I use doing to give me a base to glass fibre onto or do I just have to keep looking or hope someone one here can help me out? Really wanted to try get her fired up soon and this could be a big set back.
Any help would be great people.
Cheers
