Looking on the parts book at cmsnl it looks like the 23 but with added bottom scrolly bits on, perhaps a earlier version? Or perhaps a tyga style modification?

thats wicked thanks...I can now see there is an extra bracket attached to the clocks themselves.
I'm used the NC29s...they didn't have that.
