To add to this topic, turns out this HRC manual isnt the only one for the NC23:

I have now found the Set up manual that goes with it:

It goes into detail such as carb set up, what electrical parts to remove, the differences between the STandard and HRC pistons, rods and cams etc etc and also has lots of close up shots of a full F3 spec bike.

Very nice indeed if you are an F3 geek like me

That bike above won the Suzuka 4 hour in 88. It is a weird mix of nc23 aero and triarm hence the aero swingarm but triarm frame

Also I would note to run the hrc lower rad you need the hrc exhaust as it runs closer to the engine, other exhausts will hit the rad. The hrc lower rad is very similar to the nc30 lower rad

I love the colours it's got I might have to copy them lol, but I got my wheels sprayed black and that's very good to know about the hrc exhaust being shorter to allow for the extra rad I did wonder how they fitted it?

Also do they run the main radiator as a standard one, when the hrc sub radiator is fitted or a hrc top rad aswell as lower?

Thanks again Yakama

Hi Yakama
I've now been hunting for the swingarm in the picture and I Carnt seem to find it, I believe it's not a aero swingarm due to the weld running down the middle and the chain tensioned arnt the same, the aero once go inside the swingarm ends and the ones in the pic look like nc23 chain adjuster than go around the swingarm ends?

Also why do you believe they done it, could it be to save on weight maybe?

Mayny thanks Jake
