nc30 what should compession be?

HI FELLAS ENGINE STILL WONT START SO IVE DONE A COMPRESSION TEST ON THE REAR CYLINDERS(COLD READING!!!!)
AND BOTH ARE 135 PSI AND MANUAL SAYS 185 PSI AFTER ENGINE UP TO TEMPERATURE.

ANYONE HAVE A COLD ENGINE READING ON THEIR NC30 THEY CAN GIVE ME PLEASE

I measured mine at 180psi a while ago.
i guess this should be it.
