Nc30 rear shock spring
Hi lads, I’m trying to remove the spring on my original nc30 rear shock. I’ve looked through the Haynes manual but can’t get a clear understanding. I know I will have to compress the spring but how do I get the bottom collet off, any help will be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Lewis

Re: Nc30 rear shock spring
You need to compress the lower spring seat with the spring to expose stopper ring. Remove the ring and the spring seat and spring can then be removes. Covered in the Honda service manual in the document library on the home page of this website.
