Nc24 clutch problem

Post by 09barry26 » Sun Jun 17, 2018 6:38 pm

Anyone know about the 2 rings that go in the clutch basket and which one goes 1st.. I have friction plates and engine plates and there are also 2 rings.. I thought I had them in right but now thinking maybe I don't

Thanks for reply.. But have used that same one as a reference.. But it doesn't tell you which one goes 1st.. One is a flat ring and the other looks as if it is meant to seat in something.

Google images suggests p/n 22125-MJ8-010 is flat, if that helps.

Looks like you've sorted it already but for completeness....

Oh I see, you'd mixed them up.. the bevelled one is called the judder spring.

The flat one goes at the very back, then you have the bevelled spring facing out which goes into the friction disc b (all the other friction discs are a type)

sounds like you got it now anyway
