Ok thanks all for the help . I took the carbs back again to the company who carried out all the cleaned swearing its something they have done as it ran perfectly before and hey presto he stated the vapor blasting had changed the clearance on the main jet adding more fuel on idle he milled out the channel to reduce it back again got them home
Installed and balanced running perfectly , so anyone thinking of this great service just dont its a carb killer . Yes they look fantastic and clean but if they don’t function whats the point . . Ill be sticking to just ulta sonic next time,
Tbh every nut and bolt is brand new so an additional £100 is nothing to the build . I can smell mot time i had a little blast up my yard was surprisingly fast for a 400 cant wait to hit the road
