Hello everyone

I need to change cylinder head at my CB400SF Version R because there is a leak of cooling water in the spark plug well at 4th cylinder.
I'd like to ask if anyone knows: Which is the difference between head of Version R (Fiiis) and (Fiis) and they have different item number from any other version?
Can i fit head of other version to VersionR? (that means the differences are minor? eg. cosmetics like color of fins etc or more important?)
It would be real help if anyone can answer because i can easily find head of other versions but hard from Version R.
