Please find below a template for the NC30 headlight rubbers. Please be aware that I am not a graphic designer so whilst I am happy to use the template to create replica rubbers you do so at your own risk
Do bear in mind that the rubber I used as a template was badly wrinkled so if anyone can improve on the template that would be very welcome.
The scale on the template is, of course, mm and the template does therefore not fit on a single A4 sheet but hopefully putting the image on two sheets, with overlap, and lining up the two sheets should be simple enough.

Nitrile rubber....with the temps it can withstand, sounds like that can be used to create the engine heat shields as well?
Those shields are now NLS, and second hand are ridiculously expensive.
