Replace HT leads?
Hi there,
Does anyone have a guide or some tips for renewing the HT cables for the spark plugs please? A couple of mine ae looking decidely poor and I'd like to renew them - they are almost 15 years old now after all!
Thanks.

At £100 give or take for a new set of four, or £2 give or take for three metres of cable - no competition there I'm afraid!Simon_Ed wrote:ring up your local honda dealer and order them?

Re: Replace HT leads?
Assuming NC35 or NC30 - I have loads of good S/H tested original Honda ignition leads for sale @ £8 each.
UK delivery - £4 for a set.
Or new correct grade copper cored ignition lead in stock - you will need to resolder the plug ends on the Honda V4 family.
Paypal is easiest as per emai below.

Re: Replace HT leads?
These are easy to make -
Copper cored lead into NGK SD05FM plug caps fitted with 32mm blanking grommets (held in place by O-rings above and below) to seal the plug wells

Why can't you use silicon leads?

Re: Replace HT leads?
That's the trick I guess! How do I separate the old leads from the original caps in the first place?France & Li Asia Tdg wrote:Or new correct grade copper cored ignition lead in stock - you will need to resolder the plug ends on the Honda V4 family.
