NC23 swing arm bearings

Post by DK-Tandy » Thu Jul 07, 2011 11:45 pm

unfortunately i don't have access to my haynes manuel but with the swingarm bearings, do 2 bearings fit inside the swingarm and the other in the suspension linkage bit? Also would it be wise to remove it for powdercoating or leave it connected to swingarm when getting it powdercoated?

3 new threads? Really?

You can't give the coater the arm with the linkage attached.

If you don't know what you're doing, leave it alone... but here is an exploded iagram of how a generic Honda swingarm is put together. Cos I am nice deep down.

I found this page by searching specifically for "NC23 Swinging Arm Bearings", so I for one support your separating of elements.
