Has anyone got any experience working with Chinese piston rings ie are they fit for purpose( CB Superfour 1992) (do they fit/quality?) or should l just not bother with them.
Where could l buy them?. (Quality piston rings)

No experience with them myself, but are the $$ savings worth the risk of having to do the job again if they're not quite right?
With integral engine parts I tend to go with OEM to save myself the headache down the road.

Thanks for the reply Vincent, l have run this bike relatively trouble free for the last 15 years but recently had a bit of bother first clue was the poor mpg l started to get from it, l checked the compressions 70 70 70 80 psi poured a bit of oil down the plugholes and they jumped up to 125 so rings suspect and l think l will go the oem route.
Do you know if the crankcase can be removed with the engine still in the bike ,l have looked around underneath and looks as though it's do able .
