Question about the RC30 seat cowl graphic

I've seen some RC30's with "RC30" on the seat cowl and others with "VFR750R" on the cowl. Why is it different? I much prefer the look of the VRF750R lettering myself, but I'm just curious about the distinction and figured someone here might know. Thanks!

I've only ever seen the VFR750R graphic, never the RC30. Gosh, isn't that one gorgeous motorcycle? I was actually looking at the Tamiya model kit for the RC30 (it's around £20) yesterday. Been a long time since my Airfix days but I might just give it a go.

Checked out the Tamiya kit. As well as the cost of the kit there's the price of the various paints to add on, this includes spray cans for the fairing. Plus a couple of optional tools to make the job easier. So all in I reckon you can double the cost of the kit. That's me out then.

The RC30 graphic was on US models I think you will find.

And yes the RC30 is still a tasty looking thing that looks special even today and is ageing well.
Now the RC45 however . . . . . . .

Agree with it still looking the dogs, one went through on Fleabay today, nice UK bike, but far from mint at a tidy 25K, keep dropping those 1s and 2s into my piggybank......
