I think that imageworks do the graphics required for the type 1 scheme.
The paint codes you need are in a sticky thread at the top of this forum section.
There's also a few threads about repainting the type 1 scheme. There's a good one here.

You will almost certainly be able to get original Honda tank stickers from cmsnl.com (a company in the Netherlands that buys up OEM stock and sells it on). I got a pair of Honda wing stickers and the warning label that go on the tank for my NC35 last year. However the wing stickers were around £10 each plus p&p!!
jim157 is right about Imageworks (near Derby), they do just about any and every bike sticker, and they'll be cheaper. I've used them several times. If you take your tank they'll even fit them for you while you wait. I've found from experience that they respond much quicker to a phone call than email.

Re: Fuel tank respray help info
I rebuilt one of my NC24's last year using paint from RS PAINTS http://www.rsbikepaint.com/en-gb/colours.php
& stickers from graham @ imageworks - http://www.bike-stickers.com/homepage.htm
Very happy with the result..
