Hi all,

I was doing a job I have recently got. Driving a van in London, luckily I went the wrong way as well LOL.

I froze for a second as I thought my bike got stolen and ended up here and then a second later, I realised it was a CBR 400 that looked very similar to mine! I pulled over immediately, took some photos and put a note in the bikes rear seat storage unit with my phone number.

My day at work ended at about 4pm and then I got on my CBR and decided to go back to the parking spot where I saw the identical CBR and I found it was still there.

I decided to wait for an hour and a half until the owner came....turns out it was a women and then she was a bit surprised when she saw mine. Nice friendly person and stuff....she had a GSXR 400 SP as well and used the CBR 400 for commuting mainly, Not really sure how much cared about it I think because the bike looked dirty and not had a wash in a while!

Lol she hasnt called me back either....she said she tried to join Greybike400 but she couldnt pass the little test in the beginning when you try to open an account...Anyways here are the pictures below...the clocks have got 44000km/miles on it...

Wonder where she got the mirrors from as they look huge in the pics.
Seems to be a tidyish example of an nc29

This CBR was actually quite dirty....the forks really needed some painting or some aesthetic work.

Hope she takes care of it

Yes its always a bit of a shock to see another 29. There was one parked at a place i worked at and i could not believe it as i never seen it before. Sadly the owner was not really into the bike, just a stepping stone and i have seen it on ebay a couple of times now.

ahhhh right....my lady owner as well liked it, but I dont think she takes that much great care of it....it didnt look like it had a wash in ages and also she did not put a cover on it like I do...all she did was put a disk lock and being in London, that CBR 400 is at risk of getting stolen easily!
