I like that!

It is well known that I have no taste though. Wonder how they'd look on an NC35 RT...

I'm very pleased with the look, much better than the battered and flaked white paint that was there before. I wanted something bold and classy to go with the new plastic and I think I won. Can't say as I love my colour scheme with red wheels half as much (ducks and runs for cover!) although I almost went for white again but seems gold was the right choice.. For me at least! ;)

I'm sure they'd look class on a '35, there's a few pix on previous pages..

And lastly,if you have no taste, then nor do I! Ha, cheers, fella. 8-)

Just wanted to show off my gold wheels
When deciding whether to change from black to gold I looked at many pics of other's bikes, never really sure how the colour would turn out. I am happy with this, as close to HRC gold as I need it to be.

Painted in YR502P, the painter was quite taken by the colour - he was impressed!

In my opinion a contrasting colour on the RVF (other than OEM black) really lifts the character of the bike, even if it looks a little less tough!

The gold triple clamp was a little more adventurous (not visible in photos), but again I think it looks neat, very MotoGP.

I wasn't sure about the white hugger, but I think it works too!

Ben.

Unfortunately these are all iPhone pics so not great colour etc.

I had them done locally at (of all places!) a building suppliers who do a bit of powder coating too. BSR Building supplies or something like that, Burslem, Stoke on Trent. The job isn't show standard but at £50 for both wheels I'm more than happy.
