NC30 linkage question.

Post by monkeywithaplan » Thu May 22, 2008 7:53 pm

Quick question on the linkage (by my meaning of linkage, i mean the U shaped bit and not the triangular bit)

What metal is it? i ask in regarding to welding up the holes in it.

thanks
david

Guess you are talking about the fabricated bit that has bearings on one end and hooked to cahssis and two plates going back with drilled holes in them that fits onto the trinagle bit, dogbone seems to be the commonly used name.
If so it is steel, so pretty easy to weld.
