NC30 UK spec carbs
Hello.
I have here a NC 30 UK model.
It has different emulsion tubes (needle holders) as the Jap. version. Also different A and B needles.
Can anybody tell me what belongs in the front ( 2 & 4) and what parts in the rear (1 & 3)?
2 emulsion tubes do have a total of 10 holes, the other 2 do have a total of 8 holes.
The needles are: J1GA and J1GB.
I hope somebody can give me the answer.
Best Regards Roel.

Re: NC30 UK spec carbs
I'm pretty.ty sure it's just a jet difference, the carbs are the same. I'm going to wait with baited breath to find out.........
As far as I've heard the only difference between Jap NC30 and U.K. Are the rads/oil pump and jets.
Edit
After a bit of searching Fowlers micro fiche there does seem to be a difference in the tube/jet part numbers but alas the are discontinued so sorry I'm not any help here. Rick'O seems to know most things that are worth knowing about NC30's.

Re: NC30 UK spec carbs
Carbs should have metal sliders too, some of this info is in the old uk nc30 thread in the general section.
UK bike has different exhaust part number too and perhaps different cams, i cant remember offhand without checking parts books i dont have here.
Been a while since I messed with any uk carbs but I think the stock jets should be 120 front and 122 rear.
the 5 hole tubes (10) go in the back, the 4 hole (8) go in the front.
Front needles are B, Rear needles are A.
Hope that helps

I found needles and tubes on the wrong place.
But the 122 must in the front.!!
I cleaned the carbs ultrasoon in my large ultrasoonmachine.

That oki build is fantastic mate.
I have 1 and 1/2 nc30's. I'm new to 4 strokes and love my nc30. Look forward to reading the balancing guide write up.
