Two minor moans.

A place to bang on about subjects close to your heart that affect us all as 400cc riders. general banter is rife, however rudeness and abuse seem to be the norm, If a bit wet round the ears best go play elsewhere. Auto pruning of items 31 days and older

Two minor moans.

Firstly, will people please stop using additional metal keys or metal key fobs with their ignition key. It scratches the top yoke to buggery. Buy a nice rubber key fob and save future owners (or at least the ones that care) having to polish or repaint the knackered top yoke.

Secondly, where did 'swapped out' come from? Does it mean something different to 'swapped'? If it doesn't then why add an additional word to say the same thing? :stupid:

Now I feel better

Agreed - but further from that - don't have anything with the key. Leave all the other junk in your pocket. It's a key - it goes into its slot. Don't hang anything with it.

I think 'swapped out' is a 'murican' thing.

Here's an English language moan from here in the U.S.

I call it "The Ahhs". If you listen to Americans speak you'll hear them replace many word beginnings with "Ahh". So, for example, things don't happen "Immediately", instead they happen "Ahhmediately" and you don't get "Evicted", instead you get "Ahhvicted" and you don't get all "Emotional" instead you get all "Ahhmotional", and it goes on and on. Every single word you could possibly substitute "Ahh" at the beginning gets just that.

One problem with noticing this phenomena is that once you notice it you can't stop hearing it. The other problem with noticing is the pain of hearing your own language going through the process of dying (the poorly educated, mouth-breathing, knuckle-draggers will always prevail, there's just too many of them).
